IMO, you're good at .050" Maybe clean that radius up bit.

Also, is the rod pushed all the way against the radius on the crank?

Take 50 off the block & you'll be good.

Yes, made sure the rod was all the way forward.

What application? Drag Race, street, road racing work If drag racing or road racing what RPM? I've ran motors like yours with Mopar brand aftermarket Ducitle iron main caps and ARP main studs with forged H beams steel rods like yours with .030 clearances there on a street and strip motor revved up past 8200 RPM when a trans yoke broke with no witness marks afterwards shock More clearances there is better, up for a drag racing motor that is not going to revved past 7000 RPM much I would call it good twocents That is based on actual clearances with feeler gauges stuck tightly between the two rods in the middle between the rod cheeks to force both rods up against the crankshaft scope

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
