What year/model car did that come off of?

Also, what does the engine heater hose setup look like on a heater delete V8 engine? Plugs? A short hose?

Pretty sure that plate was from a 68 car. Attached is an original heater delete car firewall pic - 69 Barracuda, owner is a member here

That makes sense, maybe there was an early and a later A-body style, the only one I've seen on 1970 and later have been the shaped style. Looking at the early style I'm trying to figure out why there's a flat edge? Maybe to aid in installation orientation?
