I need to replace the seals and bearings in my 8 3/4. I noticed that the adjuster side has this curve to it. is this right?
Its only curved along the straight side, everything else is flat.

It should be flat. That happens when they're tightened up when the adjuster hasn't been backed off.

Ok thanks, I could not figure out how this could happen, but I think you hit it.

Im thinking I can tap it back into place...hammer and large dolly.
