Well good news and bad news.
I removed the air box and tubing, one bolt holds the fan shroud on so I able to loosen and move it a little out of the way.
The pulley on the tensioner was a little squeaky and bounced a little when idling so I replaced it along with the 2 idler pulleys just to be sure.
The belt looked like new, no cracks or damage so I left it for now.
The bad is I still have a little chirp/squeal that starts at about 1600 rpm and goes until about 2000rpm then seems to go away.
It only seems to do this during normal driving, if I accelerate quickly there is no sound.
No sound at all when idling.
The alternator pulley didn't make noise.
So my next step will be a new Gates belt.
