kentj340 top fuel Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 1,655 Cut and Shoot, TX	On my 69 Barracuda, the swivels are definitely plated clear zinc. I'm 99% sure the shift rods are phosphated. The reason I'm not 100% sure is I thought I had found a very small amount of zinc plating residue on one rod, but I was told by others that the rods are phosphated. What I'm doing to my car is as stated here. If you don't see two dolphins, you need a vacation.
