My experience with a stub stack is if you don't run a tall air filter it will have a hesitation.I tried it with a 3" air filter and it would hesitate every time.Put a 5" air filter on there and it went away. Can't say if it helped ET or not.Never tested it at the track.

I purchased the K&N stack for a Holley carb with the air horn milled, part #85-0400. It seemed like a good idea. However, the fit was very poor, so I made my own. This is on a 4781.
