Do you have a pic of one? That might help you find one. Tim

A 9/16 wrench fits it, it's 24 threads per inch and the adjuster hole is 3/8's, and the nut is only 3/16th's thick. It's hardened and black.
Unfortunately ATM my computer wont get pic off my camera....

Check out this link. These aren't blackened, which is only a surface finish, but this is what you need. Maybe you can find something blackened from another source. http://www.grainger.com/product/GRAINGER-APPROVED-Hex-Jam-Nut-1JY65

Looks like a winner! I was thinking after my previous post, that type of nut is what Crane, ProForm, and the RAS rockers I have use as well. Just a thought.

They both have a nice flat surface on the bottom, but are quite a bit taller, and heavier, which adds a lot of weight to the adjuster side of the rocker. I got some of the 12pt ones for my RAS rockers, but changed them back because of the lower weight.

If the replacement nuts are thicker I figure I can grind them thinner.

The new nuts arrived and they are standard thickness. I ground one as thin as I dare and it now weighs 5.7 grams and the original was 4.6 So I fixed it but gained 1.1 grams.
