I found a 4" piece under a Ram van. Dakota R/T's also have aluminum shafts.

That's what's in my 2000. I think the yoke will fit a 727/833 too.
That's close to what I'm hoping to use. I picked up a new alum. shaft from a Detroit swap meet a few years ago that's for a Durango R/T.

Id rather have a nice take out and have it cut if need be.
I seem to recall mine being marked $45, and paid $30 IIRC. Has two new joints, a yoke and vibration damper on it...just like they get them at the factory.
