It was the only 15" wheel cover available for the Belvedere line that year, and maybe for the Furys too. Sorry, but I don't have a picture handy.

If your car was also factory equipped with power disc brakes the center of the wheel cover would have "disc brakes" printed around the edge of it. This was true with "C" body Chryslers, Plymouths, and Dodges WITH the 15" wheel option as well as the Hemi "B" bodies with the full wheel cover option. Either way they are hard to find and the disc brake ones are even harder to find.
