Is it common for these carbs to stick in wide open position brand new right out of the box? Seems to be secondary side causing the issues, so do they need tweeking normally? This is a little disconcerting to say the least for a road race application.

Definitely pulling on the Drivers side, seems to only stick wide open, just not what I want in the back my mind approaching my braking zone at the end of each straight. I'll return it in a heartbeat before I dig into it if this is not common as you suggest. Thanks
