I have a raw set of Zeus cast W8s (sans plug) and have been told by those who should know that it has the highest potential. They are heavy.

I'm sure Brett Miller could chime in and give you a good answer since he works on these castings.

Seen some big numbers out of the RP heads, I think CFE said 450cfm. Whether or not that means it would make the most power I cannot say

RFD did a set of W9RP for a N/A application that was above 440.Too bad the block let go on the cars second pass with those heads but they survived.LOL.Might see that combo at DW 15.

You're right, it was RFD, I couldn't remember. Any details you can share on what the combo was?

I didn't think about it earlier but I think the crown might belong to a set of PST W8's

I'm not sure huge flow numbers contribute to the biggest success of these engines. Lots of other factors to consider. I have never personally seen a set of RP heads be successfully used on a drag engine.

The RFD heads are for Mike Crows 69 Dart 426,g-force 5 speed car.Still unsure what caused the bottom end to let go.Split an R3 block and bent the crank etc.I haven't talked to him in awhile.Alot more than total cfm plays into a good head job.Curtis does awesome work.
