I think all of the "export" Barracudas had the Formula S suspension, but the 340 engine would be a little more rare than the typical 318 Barracuda. I know there are some guys very familiar with the export cars on the 67-69 Barracuda Owners Group on Yahoo:

I think there are even some French owners, too.
You may want to join that list as well, and see what kind of info you can get. Looks like a nice start for a project!
