You need to remove the roll pin that goes thru this coupler: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mopar-B-E-Body-P...e1d&vxp=mtrIn the pic you can see the 2 holes in the right side of the coupler. That is where the roll pin is. Once the pin is removed, the coupler may have to be pried off the gear box splined shaft.

I put a Stage II box in my Challenger and love it. If you have Saginaw power steering I strongly recommend this free and easy mod to reduce power steering pump pressure. This mod along with the Stage II box will give you close to a modern car feel of the road, providing everything underneath is tight with the steering and suspension. http://www.moparaction.com/Tech/beep/PUMP_IT_DOWN-re-v1.4.pdfAs I recall I installed 1/8 thick stack of washers, I'm thinking about adding more.
