For my iPhone, I've downloaded the alignment-app 'iAlign' some time ago already, but today I stumbled on another alignment-app called 'CamberMeas'. What prompted me to get this app as well was the fact you can enter your steeringbox-ratio, and then just turn the steeringwheel 1 turn to the left, measure, and once to the right to get to the final caster-setting per wheel. Like iAlign, it also still has the option to turn the wheels 20 degrees left & right to measure/calculate caster, but I thought just turning the steeringwheel one complete turn was a bit simpler. For having the Borgeson steeringbox in my car, I adjusted it for 14:1 ratio. Now I really like to get the car aligned on a proper alignment-rack to verify the numbers. (The numbers in the screenshot, besides showing a different caster-alignment, aren't quite right as I found later I didn't calibrate the app properly at first.)CamberMeas screenshotsresp. Looked for one for Android, not really one there that I found.

There isn't. I picked up an angle finder app to get it somewhere decently close.

Well, I bought them long before I ever had a smart phone, today I would just use the smart phone app, I have at least two of them so it'd work fine for me. Heck, I even have a dedicated garage laptop.

So do you attach the phone to the wheel somehow?
The phone doesn't necessarily has to be mounted against the wheel at all times. You can hold it against the wheel, take a measurement and move on. My wheels happen to have a nice flat spot in the center so it's very easy to hold the phone against it.
For camber-adjustments it would be nice to fix the phone on the wheel while adjusting. For caster-adjustments you need to keep one of the phone's axis as good as vertical, while holding the right side of the phone against the wheel for the measurement. So a fixed phone could work as long as you can reposition it upright after turning the wheel.
