Trying to make an old race car streetable. Got a new harness and troubleshooting the horn. Where's the relay

On the fuse panel.

if E body buzzer is mounted on fuse panel like on B bodies and works the same then thats not.... is this:

and is at the same timne the key in buzzer

this is the same BUT witha bracket difference because on A bodies mount behind kick panel under the dash with a screw
