I recently put this engine together and have a lot of noise which seems to be coming from both heads.(passenger side louder), I have checked for spring height, and preload. I'm not sure what else to check for. my spring heights are not perfect and the preloads are all a bit different but I dont have any slop left in the valve train as far as I can see. Oil presure starts out at 75 and slowly settles around 35. I installed a Lunati cam and lifter kit, comp springs, and had the heads redone.

Sounds like an exhaust leak to me. are you running roller lifters? sometimes they'll hit the inside of the valve covers. Go get a mechanics stethoscope and take a listen. or use the old long screwdriver method. Just make sure you plug the "out" ear with cotton or something. Drag each over the valve cover untill you locate the noise.
