That is the bottom link. I used the -12 for my 3/4" lines... I have a bunch if I can find them......and drop them into an envelope for you.

Earls "stato-seals" work well too

Yes, all or most of the AN fittings company's offers them. I'm pretty summit and those places sell them.
Then there's a cool racing hardware store right near the Raceway Park in Indy, on the corner almost. Just down the street from Bruce Litton trailers. I always made a point to stop there and stock up on hard to find hardware like these.

I cannot find the ones I use....They are a big aluminum washer with a groove for an o-ring and it came with them...Put that washer with o-ring under the bulkhead nut and snug it...Totally leak free....Can't find them though...Mayb e I will draw one up in Solid Works tomorrow if I have time...

Sorry this is the best picture I have. I used some large metal washers and cut a piece of our gasket material to fit and seal. Been that way 7 years? So I guess it's working

that fitting is already designed with an o ring groove. you need a special o ring to seal it. the washers that I'm making will have the pocket to use this o ring on one side and a groove for an o ring on the other. i'll post a pic after lunch so everyone gets it.
I machine the groove so the o ring stays more on the face and doesn't get squished toward the center where it might get cut easier by the edge of the hole cut in the pan...at least that's what I was thinking the first time I did it and couldn't find the o-ringed washers locally the day I needed them...

I couldn't ever find those to fit the -12 fittings, they didn't go that big and I tried several suppliers. Well one said they made them but would have to buy a box of 100 and weren't going to do that unless I wanted to buy the box so I went with the seals that PittsburgeRacer is showing from DTI. (i'm trying to look up their contact or Website but not finding them)
Earl's doesn't carry -12 either, they stop at -8 or -10 but don't have for -12 or i would have went with the Stat-o-seals.

Who makes these Pittsburghracer?
Sorry Sammy I just came in from the shop. I'm not even sure he's still in business as the link no longer works. Maybe Jerry will make some up and make them more available.
Those are what I use....Absolutely leak free...

its a little hard to see as the pic is a little blurry but on the side away from the fitting there is a groove for an oring. the o ring seals against the oil pan wall. on the fitting side of the washer there is a special port groove for use with the o ring on AN-12 style port fittings, which is what all the earls and aeroquip fittings are designed around.
these could even be used on both sides of the pan to seal a bulk head extra assurance. so you'd have fitting, washer, oil pan wall, washer and then lock nut. if its still unclear i'll post up a drawing later.
Thanks

Unfortunately we could never get these to work, they never fit flush due to the strengthening ribs on the pan. Pan is a dual line Milodon Super stock style with hole for the tie rod BTW. They may work on others of course. Used dowty washers in the end
