He did cut them on a water jet , that is why they are like that , Doing them on a CNC would give a smooth surface.

I found all the files to make the valve cover spacers. pm me here or drop me an email to jerry@sdconcepts.com and I can get these going. big block or small block .25 thick 85.00/pair
