I mocked up the TTIs I got through Mancini. I'm not sure I wouldn't have to loosen the header to get starter out, but it looked like there was some maneuvering room in there.

I have TTIs, and was able to work the starter in, and out with the headers up, and tight. NOW, the eng was on a cradle, so I don't know if it can be done in the car.

i have TTI's with 2 1/4" primaries on my 72 572 hemi road runner.
you can easily replace the mini starter with the headers on.
i think i had to shorten the positive terminal on the starter for clearance. other than that it bolted in.
the other hard part is sneaking it past the headers. it only goes in 1 way.
when i had to replace it it took 20+ min to figure out how to sneak it past the headers. once you figure it out it goes easy.
