Great build! Very similar to mine, your a little farther along than me though. What did ya use to get the undercoat crap off the inside of the quarters? That stuff is a pain. Also how close is your driveshaft to the top of the tunnel at that ride hight?

I'm pulling my Demon apart now. Was hoping to go with a smaller tire, new moly cage, and put a back seat in it!! What cage is that, and what are the size of your tubs? I'm running a 32x14.5W tire and would like to reduce the tub size to fit a rear seat. Awesome build!

the cage is 100% custom.. the wheel tubs are 32 inches.. the cage was made to utalize all the factory interior including the back seat..

Nice build. Only thing I would point out is how low the x in the door is. I know my chassis inspector would never pass it.
One day I will have something cool here.

Great build, love it. A couple of questions; A - What do you think the car will weigh B - Why two master cylinders? I see some race cars with two or three masters.
Keep the updates coming.

NIce build. Alot of similar stuff I have done on my Challenger. I have to agree with SDaurity on the door bars passing in some areas but if your guy passes it that is good for you.

Got any pics of how you put the front leaf spring pockets into the frame? Want to see if how I am planning is close to what you ended up with. You running a 20 inch front segment? I have 25's and want to end up with 3 holes for adjustment in the pockets. Thinking about sinking my rear sliders up into the rails like you did but having the ability to adjust them height wise some.

obviously some research has been done prior to this build..... but I'm curious about the stock small block head bolt configuration and boost?
10 head bolts just like a SBF.. and there is alot of turboed SBF, i dont think ill have any issues, especially with good studs and good MLS gaskets.

small update. i decided im gonna need more room up front for the custom radiator and fan setup. so i cut the front core support off and am going with a tubular setup to hold the radiator and grill etc.. it allows me to move the radiator foward like 3 inches till it is about .25 inches behind the grill.. will be nice having that extra room around the engine.. no pics of the tubing stuff yet but there will be... before after

I run -16 on mine, works fine on the street. You have the added heat of the turbo so it might be a good idea.

The color is undecided. Probably going to be a blue color that comes on the newer jeeps. But have also thought of silver, or lime green, I just don't know lol.. I vote for the blue. Doug

Well in that case......Here's my favorite list: #1. Black......Looks killer in pictures and the first day you paint it, then you have to be ok with a million imperfections, because you will see more every time you look at it! In other words, my favorite just as long as someone else gets to take care of it #2. Tie between FJ6 Sassy Grass and GY3 Curious Yellow (IMHO) #3. EV2 Hemi Orange #4. FC7 Plum Crazy #5. A modern blend of one of the above, similar color overall but more "pop" with pearls and metal flake additives. *Special note: I don't think Viper Red or Viper Blue looks right on an older car, you see it all over the place and it sort of has a "cheap" look IMO.
