Do you guys think that someone will ever come up with a nitro carburetor?

I believe they did in the 1950s; Stromberg two barrels and a big drill bit for jetting
Oh, lets not forget the first fuel pump that could keep up; a pirated aircraft hand pump of some sort Garlits mounted so he could work it on the run!
I believe the top speed went from 150 mph to 80 mph with the addition of that pump

Did it not work well? You never hear anything about people running carbureted nitro. Or even trying it.

The only problem with a nitro carb might be if it backfires it makes a mushroom cloud and blows engine shrapnel (including you)200 yards

Try it Now!!!

Nitro reacts a bit like C4 explosive. You can burn a little bit and heat your beans and weenies; but Lord help you if you put a lot of pressure on it. The burn rate goes to 300,000 ft/ sec
On the use of the hand pump, I am sure it was a cobble together test to see what would happen. Once the results came in, time for a big electric pump
