To answer your question; I have one cyl. that`s .118 on the non thrust side and has been that way for 13 years. No worries n/a at least............

the shop i'm taking the block to has a sonic tester that prints a graph of the cyl. wall instead of just giving a number. I may have them do all machining including the girdle install I bought from Jerry. never used these guys before, but they have a good rep.

I guess you`ll soon find out how good they are. I strayed once from Pettis for personal reasons and tried another shop............big mistake. Your results may be better than mine though.
