I'm surprised that the mopar performance valve covers cleared....that is the pancake style booster isn't it. I just put those on a 360 in an 87 and couldn't even roll the valve cover on....went with the smaller booster for him.

The valve covers fit fine. It was a bit close to get in, but once in there is plenty of room. Here is a shot before I put the new covers on.

Here it is after install. I bit tough to tell, but they are closer. However, there is enough room and clearance that they do not touch. Probably an inch or so away. I will get a better photo tomorrow when I head back out to the garage.
