89 Daytona Chris Alston 4 link chassis certified to 8.50. 416 W2 headed SB, 4:30 83/4, 727 w/4600 TA converter, 950HP ProForm carb, Aeromotive 1000 pump. 2550 lbs w/driver. Should run some mid 9's. I hope.

Thanks Don. So far I can tell there is a problem seeing around the scoop when I stage. Think it needs a periscope.

Mike I made a poorly designed oil pan. Lost oil pressure and toasted the bearings. Polished the crank and has new
bearings. I'm using a truck rear sump pan now. I will keep a real close eye on it the first few passes. Jim
