My goal is to build a very bad ass handling a body. I have owned many mopars all levels of hp but NONE that actually could take a turn. I purchased a one owner 70 dart and put it on the lift and removed ALL suspension. I have a 340 a833 ready to drop in. This is what i have ordered so far.

Hotchkis front sway bar
Hotchkis rear sway bar
Hotchkis leaf springs
billstein shocks
PST 1.03 torsion bars
New motor mounts
New trans mounts
I bought this disc brake kit. (i know some may have gone a different route however i liked how complete the kit was) http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Wheel-Manu...1e7638&vxp=mtr
Full stainless brake lines
8 3/4 with posi 3.55

What am i missing, i know i need tie rods, inner and outer and sleeves. I need the stabilizer bars (not sure if that is what they are called, the ones that go from the lower control arm to the k frame) and control arm bump stops.

Where can i buy the individual parts and is there brands that are more aimed to my needs than others.

Thanks for any and all input it is greatly appreciated.
Joe

You NEED a Sure Grip. Get rid of that chevy posi and buy a Mopar Sure Grip.

PST has the tierods and solid sleeves in 9/16" for your car. I would google a Spicer idler arm or call Firm Feel for theirs. Adjustable strut rods can be had from PST,Hotchkis,RMS etc...

Mopar to the bone!!!

What kind of steering box do you have for the build? Firm Feel has a couple of levels of firmness in the feedback. Only run the Saginaw pump and you can also reduce the pressure to the assist with some washers in the valve as well. It's covered in a thread or two on this board and other places.

I still have the manual steering. I would love to go to power but I am concerned with space. Is the firm feel 16:1 or 20:1 suitable for my application?
Thanks joe

I am under the impression that most people on this section (handling) board are running power steering regadless of body style.

My last experience with an A body with manual steering was back in high school with my 1970 /6 Duster and from what I remember slow speed maneuvers were a bear.

Someone with better experience w regards to this should be chiming in soon. Are you planning on AutoCrossing or High Speed Driving on a track with the car?

On the power steering pump go with the Saginaw style pump with the Firm Feel Stage 3 box.

If you need pulleys call http://www.bouchillonperformance.com/

I see no mention of rebuilt front end, should be at the top of the list. I prefer poly bushings but that's just me.
Second on the list should be frame connectors. -pauly
