Does the battery cable go over or under the speedometer cable? (70 B-body Hemi 4spd) I thought it might go under sense the z-bar lever moves into that area.

Pretty sure it goes under as there are two brackets that secure the battery cable to the inner fender and frame rail.

That make sense. I knew about the lower bracket, but remembered I didn't like how it routed the cable in relation to the starter & header tube (last time I routed) but had forgot about the upper bracket. Now that you mentioned it, that rung a bell, (that sounded like D'oh) , then remembered what this hole was fur. Thanks.
