Like Dave said, there's more to repairing these wheels than just filling the cracks. If you want the repair to last you might want to rely on the experience of someone who does this kind of thing for a living.
Having said that I'll throw my hat into the ring and I also offer a re-plating service that brings your rusty, peeling and pitted spokes back to the original satin sheen the factory applied.
To make the repairs to the wheel I wrap the entire rim with random weave carbon fiber cloth and resin before refinishing the wood grain, drawing it all by hand.
