Put an manually adjustable valve in the rear brake line. Adjust as needed to balance the braking.

1. Maybe not if everything else is perfectly sized and nothing changes weight, driving, pad compounds, etc, which means yes 2. Need a lot more info to give a better answer Tires F/R, Dia, Disc Dia, Caliper specs, pedal ratio is stock?, use, etc Others will chime in and need this info.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

I read that thread. I understand alot of it. What I don't understand is when they ask how hard I want to push on the pedal. I have no clue unless I set up and recorded pedal force. So I put an aluminum master cylinder on my car with 1 1/8 bore. It doesn't stop very well. I almost ran over a track person who walked out in front of me leaving the burnout box going to the line. I checked to make sure the lines were in the right spot. I think I will try a 15/16 bore master cylinder tomorrow. thanks. Birdtracker
How much MC pressure are you getting? From what I was told you should have at least 1000 psi. With a large bore like that, usually it takes quite a bit of force to stop.

Which factory disc brakes? 4 piston KH or one piston floating? Need diameters of piston(s)
What are the number of pistons in the rear and their exact diameter?

I have a basic 73-76 A-body disk brake setup on my car, but with the later model 2.75" piston front calipers and 11.75" rotors.
I have the 15/16" master cylinder from Dr Diff. Stops well and doesn't even come close to bottoming the master cylinder. A-bodies with power brakes came with this size from the factory, and for some reason manual brakes came with 1 1/32" Master cylinders.
I would run the 15/16".
