When the steering wheel is centered both front wheels are turned to the right about the same amount. it would seem that what ever is bent would have to be common to both wheels like the steering arm or something in the steering box that could slip.

is there anything besides the steering arm or steering box that is common to both and if bent would cause both wheel to be turned the same amount when the steering wheel is straight.

I will look at the tie rod ends maybe they are both bent..
