First of all, your '95 "360" is more properly called a 5.9 Magnum engine, and the later "318" is more properly called a 5.2 Magnum.
There are enough differences between the LA engine family and the Magnum engine family that they deserve to be called the right names.
However, the engine mount locations and the bellhousing bolt patterns are pretty much the same, so that adapters should not be necessary. You may have to modify or shim the engine mounts slightly. Do you plan to use a carburetor on the Mag engine? If so, you will need to either get a manifold that attaches to the Mag heads or else drill and tap the heads for the right angle or modify the LA intake manifold to use the nearly vertical Mag bolt placement.
The intake ports are basically the same and in the same location, but the angle of the bolts changed dramatically, that's the difference.
If you plan to use the carb, the bellhousing will bolt right up. If you plan to use the fuel injection, you need a place for the crank sensor.
The 318 and 5.2 Magnum engines are neutral balanced. The 360 is externally balanced, as is the Magnum 5.9. The 360 uses a weight on the torque converter, while the 5.9 Mag uses a neutral balanced torque converter with the imbalance built into the flexplate.
The fronts of the motors are different. the Mag engines don't need a mechanical fuel pump. The easiest way to get fuel to a carburetor is either use the Mag front equipment and an electric pump, or else change the timing chain cover/water pump and all the front accessories to the LA style. You can buy an adapter for the front of the camshaft that'll let you run a mechanical fuel pump with the LA front end to the engine.
