cowl removal from a 67 dart. drilled spot welds and removed the lead. windshield side is loose/free. engine side is still attached to the firewall. I have a spot weld separator tool (awesome) but with the lip on the cowl I cant get in there. I don't want to hurt the cowl.

any tricks? the car is a parts car so I don't have a problem hurting it. anyone have any tricks?

If you aren't saving the firewall just cut it below the seam.
