I goy my 2 speed (70 Charger) for $30 from Auto Zone. But I can't use it as I went w/ a 6-pack. Now try and find a 3 speed for under $250 (in presentable shape)
$250 for a good used 3 speed motor? Or a rebuilt one?
Are you looking for one without that little black plastic cover on the center?

rebuilt, I don't need a fresh rebuilt one but I want one that works and doesn't look like poo poo. I have one that works, but everything on the fire wall is new, the car is painted and a fresh 440-6 is going in the car. So I want it to look newish.

Be aware that the 2 & 3-speed wiper motors use different link rods and various other parts. You can't replace a 2-speed with a 3-speed without the wiper specific hardware.
How do i know which harware I have? My car had a 2 speed switch in it with a 3 speed wiper when i bought it. It worked 'okay' then but seems I do remember the link rods slightly hitting somewhere. I tried a 2 speed wiper at one time and I believe it worked fine. So im guessing I need the 2 speed unit but how do I know for sure what hardware I have?

Then YOU make yours not look like poo poo OR pay someone else to make it not look like poo poo.
Most of those guys who fix them up do a fairly complete deal and disassemble the unit, plate the can and bolts, carefully bead blast the housing, re-glyptal(sp?)the goo on the wires, inspect clean and lube the guts. On the more complete side, others will put will rebuilt the electric motors, replace bearings, gears etc...
You could clean the housing and can, then find paint to look like bare grey die cast and yellow anodizing. Steel wool the brass ground strap. And maybe find a electrical supply place with some red glyptal. But may have to buy more than you could ever use. Maybe you could fake the glyptal with paint or some red RTV.
