Is that an air ride car, and that's how he removes the rear tires?

Nice execution.

From what I've been told, it's another Chevy powered, Chevy suspended job. They can't figure out how to make their cars look different or good, so they wreck ours. From the results I saw, it was painfully slow as well.

How do (race-)organisations look against cars without doorhandles?
In the event of a serious crash orsomething, and if the driver might be unconsious, there's no 'obvious' way for a medic or helper to open the doors.

Someone spent a lot of their own hard earned money and time building a really cool early dart and they're running it on the autocross course.

Looks like they used some outside of the box methods and parts, too...

Neat!

I think the safety crew actually then gets to use some of their rescue training, just cut the roof right off as needed, not sure they mind.

And lesson learned on this thread, don't judge a book by its cover.

Looked over the Dart @ Goodguy's Indy. It is LS powered and is riding on Heidts Chevy II clips. The conversation ended there.

This dart has DSE XGEN front frame rails and DSE quadra link rear end shock settings are way to soft

That's too bad, but isn't the first time. There is a purple, formerly 440-6 Challenger on Lateral G that has chevy power and underpinnings now all because " the owner wanted it done faster than we could do with Dodge parts."
