MR_P_BODY Master Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 52,972 Romeo MI	If your shocking the bars then yes they can get loose.. also the type of heim will matter.. if you use the solid heim on the front of a ladder bar you shouldnt tighten them real tight or they bind the heim and they need to be checked often

MR_P_BODY Master Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 52,972 Romeo MI	I have a spray can of a dry lube(I dont remember the name) but it doesnt attract the dirt and stuff.. I clean them with brake clean and blow dry them then spray them with the dry lube... I have used WD-40 when I couldnt find the dry lube
