I consider bo buy a BB stroker engine for my ´68 Charger.
It´a street car.
I ask you, guys, where is a good spot to buy such an engine
without worrying.
I´ve been told musclemotorsracing.com is supposed to do good work.
Are there other shops you would recommend?

Ray Barton has built 2 for me with great results.
A 451, which is a small BB stroker.
And a 493 that is currently in my Barracuda.
Great durability and plenty of power.

My 493 goes 9.10 sec in the 1/4 @ 146 mph. 2825#s with a flat tappet cam.

There are some very good places that post on here but of course alot depends on how much you want to spend and how fast you want to go. It would be nice for you if you have someone local to you that you know did a good job and you trusted but that dont always happen. I cant really recomend anyone as I always build my own engines but I can tell you when I bought my heads and had my custom ground cam made by "Dwayne Porter" I got the best service I could ask for. And I believe he builds engines as I know he has done some work on the guys with the FAST cars and they run great. Ron

Try muscle motors. They're making a stroker kit for me right now, but have engines already built for sale( after it's all said and done, I maybe should have gone the already built route)
