My friend is stuff trying to get his car moving and needs brakes to drive it. He has a 1969 roadrunner he has converted to a-body and needs a proportingn valve for it. Since he's in a rush and can't find another one locally, wondering if he can use one from a 1980 Dodge truck? Any info will be great.

I have a 5th Ave PP valve on my 65.Works great.I had an article that said the brakes dont know what PP valve is on it.Try it the worst is it dosent give the right bias. Then you can look for another and the car is still running.Rocky
