Window sweeps come off prying them up and slightly toward the inside of the door. Next there should be 2 plastic plugs in the front upper part of the door, loosen/remove those bolts behind the plugs, there is also a nut on the bottom of the door in a recessed hole that holds the lower portion of the vent window track. Small plastic plug is next in the upper door frame right below where the arm locks the wing window. There is an allen bolt behind it that pinches the vent window frame in place it has a small square block that it threads into that will fall to the bottom of the door so be ready. Next loosen the rear window track. Unbolt the regulator, 3 bolts, all while holding the glass to keep it from falling and possibly breaking. Now you can maneuver the glass up and down until you get the arm to come out of the track. Glass and vent window assembly should now lift out the top of the door as a unit. Good luck also don't forget to remove the screws in the weather stripping where it attaches to the vent window frame.

Ya forgot to mention removing the plastic pin at the rear lower part of the glass
Awesome details ... thanks
oh yeah.... sorry. even though i have done this a bunch of times on various cars i ALWAYS forget that it's easier to PULL the pin out of the middle than it is to try and push it.
