Have someone here trying to restore a 1970 Challenger and needs wheel well molding for it. Last 3 sets he got from sources said they all fit terrible and could not use them (not sure who's trim he used). Anybody out there make a perfect factory wheel well trim?

No. Not even an NOS set will be perfect, but that is the best you can hope for.

I have had good luck with the Metro wheel opening mouldings for Challenger, very little adjustment needed

A good practice when restoring the car is to weld up the old screw holes on the fenders and quarters, then drill new ones once you've fitted the mouldings exactly the way that you like

I have the Metro Repros on my Challenger. Seem to fit O.K. with no major issues when installing.

Are the quarters and fenders original?
