2000 Ram 3500 6sp. 260K. Original turbo.
No boost when cold. After warming up, turbo finally "Spools".

Is my turbo done or could it be fuel delivery?
I have changed Filters and have constant Fuel Pressure.

With the engine OFF pull the intake pipe going to the turbo from the air filter. Try to turn the turbo by hand. It should have little resistance.
If there is appreciable drag it's time to pull it and tear it down.
