Avoid any cast blocks like the plague, since they can -- and do -- crack under the stress our cars put them under.

Find your local 4x4 shop lift blocks are the same as lowering blocks and the truck places have a much bigger selection, I personally would not use aluminum.

The cast iron junk is too heavy, the pot alum. hollow junk breaks, and explain to the 7-8 second guys why alum. won`t work.

Aluminum blocks are fine if they are billet or extruded, cast not so much. I made custom perches from 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" 1/4" wall rectangular tube to lower my car 2-3/8" and I am going to put a 1/2" aluminum block under that to move rear end back 3/4".

MANCINI.i dont know why i didnt think of them,they had everything i need.thanks guys
