Whichever one'll fit easiest is probably best...
Ones from a heavy duty or HP 360-4V would probably be as good as anything, unless you score a (hard-to-find) set of manifolds from an early 340. Those may be slightly better.
The early '66 and down A-body manifolds don't breathe too well.
Not to hijack, but a lot of guys have been going away from draw-thru setups for a reason...
but it ain't like you can't change to blow-thru if the car is a BEE-YATCH on cold starts, or has a laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag when you drop the hammer. You'll only have to bolt a carb back on the manifold and then change the plumbing from the compressor.
BTW, if you're set on going draw-thru, remember, it takes some special seals or bearings or something on the compressor side. I don't know if your turbo has the right stuff, but it's something to keep in mind.
