pistons KB107 with zero deck height. rods scats I beam 4340 light and brand new... cam comp cams HE275HL...cause you got 4 speed and 3.91 gears..
put a holley 750 double pumper on it...

are kb741s the same piston but forged ?? have a 700dp if i put a pro form main body does that make it a 750????what about hughes heh3237al i already have their roller rockers ??

well..you did not say what parts you had...LOL
anyway...hughes cam is nice I have same cam in my 73 duster...
it also has Kb107 pistons with eddy heads... I am using the stock eddy valve springs so far...

the proform main body is a nice piece..
have several in use...both with double pumpers and vacuum secondary holleys.

i don't have the cam yet .it is what i've been looking at though... so is the proform main body a bad idea ???? also the intake works good as far as hood clearance goes
I've got an eddie RPM air gap on my 360 with a stock air cleaner and 600 eddie carb and it fits under the stock hood of my M body. I've heard that the torker 340 is a piece of poo performance wise, the newer torker II's are a better performing single plane, as is the holly street dominator and weiand x-cellerator. but for a street car, you'll want the added midrange of a dual plane, the air gap, regular RPM, and weiand stealth are all very good intakes.

I wouldn't dump the torker II, i have a 360 with stock j's, stock crank and rods, speed - pro flat tops at zero, comp solid 520/540 lift, 244/252 @.050, 750 race carb with tti headers, full 2.5" exhaust, dynamic 9.5", 3.91 gear, in about a 3400lbs demon. Only time out ran a 12.22 with a 1.66 60' I'm sure the RPM is slightly better but not $250 better, spend that money on some drag radials. I have a ton of low end with the torker II way more than my tires can handle.

torker 340 and torker II are 2 different manifolds (torker 340 is no longer in production) the Torker II isn't a bad manifold, it still gives up some midrange compared to the air gap, with little to no gain up top, the T340 is down on power compared to either one of them

Dynamic 9 1/2 converter 727 trans 4.10 gears
Best et. = 11.24 @ 121 421 hp at the wheels.

here is my combo, should be done this week,, 360 stroked to 410, scat crank, forged flat top pistons 10.02 CR with .040ish quench CNCed block www.strokerkits.comhttp://www.strokerkits.com/index.php?opt...o&Itemid=80comp cam XE274H 230/236 @488/491 lift timing tensioner, roller chain, roller rockers HV oil pump and hardened pump rod 587 casting heads (non smog) ported and polished with 2.02 SS valves, the flow pretty good @500 lift.. RPM airgap, port matched holley 770 avenger carb (out of box) FBO ignition system (junk) replacing it with something else hooker super comp headers 904 trans, with extra clutches TF-2 shift kit and lower 1st gear. 3.55 rear 96 dakota approx 3400 LBS and A/C hope this helps..
