Went and got a "Quality" phenolic 4 hole from 4secondsflat.com and use it on my ported 8009 . The 8009 should be a action+ good to 4,800-5000 rpm or so. Mine is topped with a 800 avs thunder also ,and drives with fine street manners. I don't know what you got, or what youre doing. you might likee fthe performer.

good luck.

I don't have the space for a spacer on my RPM on a 383 with a stock hood on '70 RR just using a gasket, works fine.
