Hey Joe, sure they're not in the box? The three Accurate kits that I bought over the last few years, have had them included.

Limelite, they fit over the bolt head on the bolt that connects the manifold to the exhaust pipe to keep it from spinning while you tighten the nut. It makes it a lot easier than getting 2 wrenches in a confined space, which is what I had to do to get it back on...
