Putting together my latest project a 72 RoadRunner with a 400 and it has a sagisaw power steering pump. It is a non air setup and the water pump pulley and crank pulley are the right part no. The problem is that the pump pulley lines up on the center of the double crank pulley. Did they change the brackets from 71 to 72? Anyone have any pictures? I thought the brackets were the same for 71 and 72

I went through this ordeal with my wifes small block and finally realized that it wasn't the brackets that were different, it was the pulley on the PS pump. Changed the pulley and it all lined up.
