First make sure the lows are getting power to them.Sounds like it might be in the harness or firewall plug if the switch is good.Just because its new dosent mean its good.Rocky

What circuits did you wire up?

www.mymopar.com will have the colors for you which'll speed up the diagnosis if you used OE colors when you rewired it along with which cavity in the bulkhead to work with. I'd start by splitting the 2 bulkhead halves. With it on low beams see if you have fire at the appropriate female terminal in the rear (firewall) half of the particular bulkhead. If not then check the connection at the both ends of the low beam wire from the dimmer to the bulkhead (the end at the dimmer and the end at the bulkhead). If you do have fire then there's an open between the specific opposite male terminal in the front bulkhead half you seperated, forward to the headlight(s). ASSuMEing it's wired right, unless there's been excessive amperage/excessive flexing which has broken some strands inside/burnt or cut insulation/too small of wire size, wires (the metal core) does not wear out just from amperage flow. wires go bad at the end connections/terminals so work on the ends.

Use a test light.I dont trust volt meters.had a LeBaron that wouldnt charge at the shop.Spent like 5 hours trying to find out why.The wire from the computer that turned it on showed over 12 volts as the diag showed. But with a test light it had nothing.Seems the wire was broke inside and had just enough to show 12 V on the meter.Ran another wire and it charged fine.Rocky
