I was making sure the front shocks don't touch the frame during flex

My Volvo 850 fan arrived. Fan shroud is being made by a friend.

I did some welding on the cage last weekend. I made the mounts for the rear view mirror, GPS speedo antenna, CB, and dome light.

I added in a few gussets front and back

and a pair of "taco" gussets for the main hoop

and I welded on the tire carriers lower support brackets

I also started on the rocker guards

These are just for looks, I'll have real rock sliders below them

My tranny cooler came in

along with my 100/80w Hella H4 bulbs and flashlight mounts

From Speedway, my Walbro LS1 fuel pump kit with the updated fittings, my steering support bearing...

and tranny dipstick,

and kickdown cable and throttle cable bracket,

and throttle cable

I made the driver side rocker guard

and I finished the passenger side

I also made the cross bar behind the seats

You're doing a helluva job! She's going to be a brute and a one of a kind, and that's why I like it!

I started making the base for the rear luggage rack
