v8punch OP enthusiast Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 302 MG, Brazil	riends, I am looking for photographs of the supports of the air conditioner of big block (383 1970-71) mounted on the engine. My car has ac originally but bought it disassembled and am trying to install the original action. I face difficulties with the brackets and arms of the compressor. Not sure if the pieces I have are 71 year or older, and need help on this. This is the photo of the engine in the car, with the brackets I have. I also have the compressor (coming from a 73 plymouth b block) and some brackets mounted on it. I'm many miles from USA so it is always difficult and expensive to get the missing pieces

It seems that the support ac bb 400 (1973) bb 383 (1971) is different because even screwing the stand correctly on the headstock as marked in this photo: Support for interference with water pump as marked in this photoCorrectely bolted here:
