Looking good! I think I remember seeing that car at the Nats?
thanks! yes the nats in 98 was one of the last times i had it out. the car was really well recieved, got lots of awards and some coverage in magazines & catalogs etc. i got a hairbrain idea that i needed to redo the car...so, it sat while waiting for $$$$ bigger and better plans take a long time and can change due to budget or lack of it! in the mean time, i built my 69 plymouth, the candy wagon, and a 61 plymouth for my daughter because i set such high goals for this car, that it was easier to built a different car than finish this one the way that i thought it needed to be.
so here we are... focusing on this one project and lowering expectations to a more realistic level.

We are gonna use Holley 450's. They should work at this level of h.p.

I love your concept. I have always wanted to see something "wild" done with a Crossram and you are doing it.. I can't wait to see more pics..

So I'm thinking over the weekend about the comment of the turbo plumbing hiding the look of the long rams. And then I'm thinking you are trying to balance pre butterfly boost pressure, and the OEM balance tube would not be effective for that. Then I realize to a some what degree, you have the left bank exhaust turbo supercharging the right bank intake. Of course that ultimate effect is dependent on your intake X balance design. So Is this a potential and/or significant issue? What if the turbo outs were plumbed ea in one big 90 bend back to the other side throttle body, with slight overlapping ea other as they exit the turbos, and in that overlap area, have a less robust balance junction, since less balancing is needed? Or should I just butt out.

What a coincidence, i'm also planning on bulding a car like that, only it's gonna be a convertible, with a hemi and it's gonna have 4 turbo's, 2 blower's, an nitrous, an TPI alcohol injection, I started building it last year, I've been collecting parts and so far i have the Chrome lug nutz for the front wheels. Great build, awesome car, can't wait to see it in person.
