Hey Everyone,
Well I am looking to do a Megasquirt on my Dart and had an idea. Is it possible ( with potential machine work ) to put a Magnum EFI intake on an LA motor? I was thinking this would be much more cost effective than boring out an intake for injectors, custom fuel rails, etc. If you have any idea's/suggestions please let me know. Thanks for your time!

You'd have to cross drill either the heads or the intake. And you may need to weld shut the exhaust crossover passage in the heads as the Mag intake may not cover the entire opening...

You can also bolt up some Magnum or Engine Quest heads and get better heads out of the deal, too.

Or if you're really worried about cost, a TBI setup would be the cheapest way to go. A TBI from a 4.3L or larger GM engine would feed a stockish 360 to about the same amount of HP as you'd be able to make with the beer barrel intake...
